Terms and Conditions

What's on this site are the nuts and bolts of our brand. As you can imagine, it's valuable to us and we need to be careful about the way it's used. So we need you to keep your password a secret. Help us protect the integrity of our Brands and keep this site secure and safe for everyone to use.

Please read the following Agreement carefully before finishing your access application. (We know it sounds a bit like legal jargon, but it's important, so please do take the time to read it.)

You are permitted to use the Brand imagery and other materials available on this "Brand Assets" site only for work with us and only in the manner and format as set out in these guidelines, and only for the purposes for which you have been authorized. You must not use any of the images beyond their expiration date. You agree not to use the Brand Assets in any way that would harm our reputation or otherwise be derogatory, detrimental, harmful to or damage the goodwill of any of our Brands.

If you agree with the above, then you can log in and get started. To help familiarize yourself with the site, we've put together a few frequently asked questions (FAQs). Just click the ‘Help' link at the top of the menu bar to read them.

The images in the library are protected by strict licensing rights, which cover types of usage, geographic areas and time frames. If any of the photographs are used outside of the agreed terms, it is a serious matter and there may be charges that you'll be expected to cover. The Copyright information is highlighted alongside every asset on the site.

Templates on this site may contain details specific to individual Barclays legal entities. By using these templates, you agree to ensure that any legal entity specified is compliant for your use. If you are unsure whether an entity specified is appropriate for your usage, please contact your local Compliance team.
